What do I do: I teach practical skills that enable people to get more work done with less stress, and ultimately bring more joy into their lives.  These skills focus on transforming how individuals manage change and build relationships in everyday activities, and have a 30+year track record of producing results in large corporations, small businesses and individuals.

Who am I: Prosperous Survivor of 30+yrs in R&D at Procter & Gamble (Fortune 50 Company). As a Principal Scientist R&D Director, my work insights have seeded 2 billion-dollar brands, via leveraging LEAN & Disruptive Innovation Principles. As an expert qualitative researcher, I trained scores of researchers across the breadth of P&G brands. Along the way, I’ve solo-parented a daughter to college and now returning to past hobbies (music & art related) and this new consulting venture…

Why am I doing this:  Spring of 2023, I retired from P&G. While not one to sit on the couch, I wanted to leverage my expertise and experience, plus find something to keep me learning and connected to a wide variety of people. After reflecting, I realized that my career and family life had taken many turns. Thru which, I had learned skills in navigating change and uncertainty  - some of these were thru working in FEI/DI/LEAN Innovation at P&G, some were thru Susan Van Vleet Consultants® courses, and some were thru managing my household with a daughter and two dogs.

 

When this distributor option arose, the timing was right and the product fit with my life purpose of easing stress  and bringing joy to people in my life. Whether it was creating delightful consumer products, listening to co-workers or teenagers, finding ways to celebrate small milestones, or now inspiring my clients, I enjoy helping people find positive pathways forward. As a certified trainer of Managing Corporate Change© and Productive Relationships©, I'm looking forward to guiding more people to less stressful, more positive lives. These immersive workshops have a 30-year track record of providing thousands of people the skills to cope with the swirl of changes, in organizations, ourselves and world around us.
